The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT, and are guaranteed.

 

Availability

 

Our commitment to delivery is null and void in case of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Ablas Sàrl. In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

Payment Terms

 

Payment methods: PayPal payment, VISA or MasterCard credit card, bank transfer.

 

Delivery

 

The delivery of recordings, once the service has been completed, is sent via a download link by email, according to the deadline communicated to the client by Ablas Sàrl. The delivery time varies according to the current workload, to ensure a quality service.

 

Data Protection

 

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for order management will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of Delémont, Jura, Switzerland.

 

In case of student withdrawal during an online course module (modules of 6 courses with one session per week)

 

Lessons remain available for the maximum duration provided for each module (i.e., 2 months from the date of the first class). Once the time limit has been exceeded, the courses are no longer due by Ablas Sàrl.

 

Lessons postponed by Ablas Sàrl are due to the student, and a replacement date is proposed in agreement with the student.
