FIRST SESSION -1 hour 30 minutes (13:00 – 14:30 UT)

 

1 – understanding astrology

 

Basic principles and rationale:

Analogical thinking:  solar system and the individual (“as above, so below”)

 

Generalities on the various astrological branches:

 

- Astrology for the individual

- Event-oriented astrology

- Astrology for the collective (mundane astrology)

 

Astrology, fate, and free will: 

“Yin-Yang” approach -> “what does the Sky do ?”   VS   “what you can do !”

 

2 – discovering the basics

 

How does a birth chart look like?  The 4 astrologer’s tools

 

Signs, planets, houses, and aspects.

How does it look like in practice? 

 

SECOND SESSION (16:00 – 17:30 UT)

 

3 – practicing astrology

Casting your chart

Where and how?

First approach:  The Sun in astrology. 

Sign and house placement.

Examples will be given on famous people’s charts.

 

Observing the Moon.

Sign and house placement.

Understanding the rising sign.

Examples will be given on famous people charts.

Questions will be answered during the session if time allows, and at the end of the second session for approx. 15 minutes.
